RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
WE HAVE A STRICT NO RETURN POLICY. This is for several reasons.
- While we try to keep a limited supply of inventory in stock, most of our orders are printed, cut and shipped as they ordered.
- All of our products are less than $3.00 (USD).
- We sell paper products that can become degraded if handled and shipped too many times.
- Orders of personalized printed materials (including but not limited to invitations, save-the-date cards, personal stationery, and baby announcements) are not eligible for a refund, due to their individual nature as well as the cost of production and supplies. In the case of defective personalized printed products, a refund or reprinting will be offered at the discretion of Girl Metro, Inc.. Girl Metro, Inc. cannot be held responsible for mistakes overlooked by the client during the proofing process. Such overlooked mistakes do not constitute a product defect.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, send an email stating that you wish to cancel your order, including your customer number. We must receive notice of cancellation in writing, before the order is printed or shipped, or you will be charged in full.
Once shipped, our NO RETURNS POLICY is enforced.
